Through a Facebook post, former Senator Bong Revilla relays his regret and craving for unreachable justice after marking his 4th year imprisoned.

He regrets that he lost “4 long years” of time spent with his family and children. He regrets not being able to watch his children strive through life, achieving their first of the many milestones.

Bong Revilla craves that justice, despite being four years late, would be delivered towards those behind the Priority Development Assistance Fund, also known as, the “pork-barrel scam”.

At this fourth year of his detainment, he mentions that he is losing hope, that he wants to give up, that it is tiring having to live as a criminal locked within a cell.

But this grueling incarceration has opened his mind and soul to the Lord. He now gets strength from Him, and through God, he can get through this.

As he can do nothing to clear his name, he now seeks the power of prayers to bring him justice and bring the public the truth.

Let us all continue to pray together! God is good!” The former senator said.

You can refer to Bong Revilla Jr.’s Facebook post below:

Today is exactly my 4th year in prison.

This is 4 years away from my family; missing out on the milestones of my children’s lives; 4 long years that I can no longer get back.

Let us all continue to pray together! God is good!
