In a program of ABS-CBN, Failon Ngayon by news anchor Ted Failon, he reveals the project P8.1 Billion project of the Administration of former President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III in which the Department of Health (DOH) was supposed to create Barangay Health Stations in public elementary schools back in 2015.

The problem here was that the said project, despite being three years in, has not been completed despite declarations that Phase 1 has been finished. In some of these Health Stations were septic tanks were out in the open, so much for caring about health DOH!

Other than that the materials used were obviously cheap and substandard, some weren’t even installed or constructed properly. It was a complete disappointment and an obvious Aquino government scam, one that can be related to his Priority Development Assistance Program and Disbursement Acceleration Program, the only difference being that it was it took place under a different agency.

Citizens call our current President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to bring justice to such abuse of the nation. This is totally unacceptable and Aquino must be brought into court to defend such defilement. This previous administration has caused such problems for the current administration, hopefully Duterte can clean Aquino’s mess. What a let down Mr. “Tuwid na Daan.”
