The catastrophe that the administration of former President Benigno Simeon “Noynoy” Aquino III has put the lives of children endanger as they rush the vaccination of the dreadful Dengvaxia.

Aquino spent 3.5-billion pesos of hard earned tax payer’s money in order to vaccinate children with anti-Dengue serum, but it seems that his project’s good intentions is a facade for good reputation that put the lives of hundreds of thousands of children in danger.

And despite the problem that Aquino created, President Rodrigo Roa Duterte has pledged that his administration would to their best in order to support the victims of Noynoy’s mistakes.

On a lighter note, Duterte’s Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque III revealed that there would be a case that will be filed against Dengvaxia’s manufacturere, Sanofi. The case revolves around the demands of the current administration on a full refund of the drug, even of the used vials, since the it had unprecedented dangers that they did not publicize.

"To me, one, is for Sanofi to return the equivalent of even the used stocks of Dengvaxia, which is about P1.8 billion. Remember, we were able to successfully get them to refund P1.16 billion from the unused portion of the vaccines," Duque stated.

"So we'll be soon filing this with Office of the SolGen. They're helping us do a case build-up and hopefully, we'll have a strong case, but that really depends on the pieces of evidence that we will be able to put together," he continued.

With Sanofi declining the request for a full refund twice, the government clings on hope since the vaccine has, despite unproven, been killing children.

The manufacturer of this life-endangering  drug only replied that fully refunding Dengvaxia,

"would imply that the vaccine is ineffective, which is not the case."
