President Duterte don’t want Leni to replace him as the President calls VP’s hometown Naga as ‘shabu’ hotspot

When President Duterte discussed about his early retirement for his current position he said that he was reluctant to give the position to Leni Robredo, the Vice President.

On August 14, 2018, during his speech in the Go Negosyo's 'Pilipinas Angat Lahat' program at the Rizal Hall in Malacañang Palace, He said that he can’t surrender his presidency since he do not trust the current capabilities of the Vice President.

He said that he was extremely tired of being a President due to numerous issues being faced by our nation and yet he was “hesitant to suggest a constitutional succession” just because Leni Robredo is following in line.

According to Duterte, “I have nothing against Robredo. But I do not think she can improve on anything here. Of course she will deny it.”

He likewise said that Robredo probably won't take care of the issue of illegal drugs and even called the hometown of the Vice President a Shabu hotspot which is the Naga CIty. The critics of the President was also got hit as a result of wanting hos term to be extended.

 “I am ready and for those dreaming that I will extend my term and be a dictator, you must be the lowest idiot.” he said.

Duterte likewise said that he couldn't satisfy a portion of his campaign promises containing settling the illegal drugs in the Philippines, saying that he is as of already tired. 

“I am tired and I think I cannot fulfill the promise of ending all these problems,” said Duterte.

He additionally asked the public that if they discovered someone skillful to replace him, they should place him in Malacanang to lead the Philippines.

He also cautioned them in picking the following President.
